Court's decisions about "Sex between a teacher and a pupil"

An apex court bench of the Supreme Court of India released a Govt. school teacher (earlier judged to suffer imprisonment for having sexual intercourse with one of his pupil) on the basis of the fact that he had the sex with the girl's (above 18) full consent and that too, outside the school campus.

This law applies such that a school/college teacher can have sex with his/her pupil (if over 18yrs. of age) outside the school campus under consent of the pupil.
